Same Day Shipping

 

For fast shipments, all orders placed before noon EST time are shipped out the same day. All other orders, including those from Saturday and Sunday, ship out the next business day. We offer worldwide shipping of online purchases.

 

If you need any assistance with your order, please send an email to sales@teteorganicskincare.com. When your order is mailed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Please track your order through the tracking email or at www.usps.com

 

Shipping Rates

 

 

The United States:

 

Domestic Regular (Priority ) Shipping (3-7 business days): $12-$15

 

Domestic Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $35

 

We also offer Express Mail and cost will vary depending on order size. You can obtain a quote in the shopping cart before checkout. Just click on “get shipping quote” and put it in your state.

Canada:

 

The flat rate is $28.95 for up to 6 items.

 

For more than six items, the cost will vary.

 

International Shipping:

 

International First-Class Shipping (5-8 business days)**: $50

 

International Express Shipping (3-4 business days)**: $70

 

Except for Africa, 2-week minimum International shipping usually takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery using USPS Priority Mail. This estimate does not include time spent in customs. Customers are responsible for all duties, import fees, and taxes that may be associated with shipments.

 

Order Tracking

 

When you make a purchase online with Tete Organic Skincare, you will automatically get an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an additional email with your order tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Insurance

 

All packaged are insured at no cost to you, so you are guaranteed safe delivery.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us of the damage to your order within three days of receipt. Please send us an email at sales@teteorganicskincare.com, along with your order number in the subject line.

All packages are insured for loss or damage. We will gladly resend any damaged item reported within three business days at no cost to you. You must keep all packaging and damaged items for 30 days or until the claim is settled. Pictures are helpful but may or may not be necessary.

 

Lost Items

 

If your item has not been received within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at sales@teteorganicskincare.com. Please use the order number as the subject line in your email and state the issue. We will try and locate the package and contact you as soon as possible. If we are unable to find your package, we will resend the order at no cost to you.

When we submit a claim to the insurance company, we may need to obtain additional information or have you sign the application. If the information is not endorsed or received, then we will be unable to process your request. We won’t be able to resend the order or provide a refund.

For international orders, our insurance company requires us to wait for 30 – 45 days from the time of purchase before we can resend the order.
